If any of the site branches can provide any information on Arthur Mercer ‎(I225)‎ then can you drop me a line as it has come to light that he was a very good cricketer at Merchant Taylors School in Crosby. The school would like to write a short biograpghy on him so any information would be appreciated.

A descendant of the Bates Line has made contact and shared research on the lineage of Joseph and Charles Bates who emigrated to New Zeland in the 1850s.

This research will be added to the tree as soons as possible ‎(small chunks evry few days!)‎ More info to follow...
